Beautiful hotel, all rooms were ground floor as far as we could see and situated around the pool. We had a lovely seating area out the front too. Room was comfortable with AC. The pool was clean with lots of shade and the music that they played during the day wasn't too loud and was nice and chilled. Also the location means you're away (mostly) from the noisy side of town and right next to the ferry. They also cleaned the room daily, and the bed was huge! Only down side that there is almost no noise insulation in the room. Therefore if you have noisy neighbours like we did, or when the baseball game is on nearby, you hear everything. Also the mosquitoes are savage, but that's the same all over the island. Thank goodness there was a mosquito net and netting on the windows so at least you didn't get eaten alive at night! Overall we loved the place

perfect quiet location, close to ferry, beautiful setting with pool, clean rooms, breakfast included, very friendly staff, quick check in and very reasonable priced compared to other hotels on the island (and small, so not many guests, we had the big pool to ourselves). thank you!

I loved my stay at Isla Holbox and Mayan Mittoz is one of the reasons, so I decided to extend my stay. The staff are very attentive and nice. The Wifi worked properly. The room was clean and I liked the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Great, relaxed atmosphere, nice pool in the internal garden where you can chill out and have your morning coffee. Near the ferry and in a walking-distance to the downtown and the main beaches.

We loved this hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for the ferry (2 minutes walk) and the beach (10 minutes). Our room was very comfortable and the water in the shower was always hot. The pool was great and had comfortable loungers around it.

Loved how secluded you felt on the property with the palm trees and pool. Because of this you didn’t feel like you were right next to the ferry. There are also multiple spots to relax and lounge in the shade. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and next time we’ll add on a few extra days.

- very friendly staff - sweet hotel cat :) - clean bed and bathroom - nice location directly at the ferry port - it is possible to rent bikes or book trips via the hotel which is very comfortable

We did a last minute booking, which could be a problem in many places, but their staff was super kind. The rooms we booked were not ready, so they gave us two double rooms with a little terrace and direct access to the pool

everything. the staff, the room the location. just everything was so amazing. the room is very modern and looks amazing just like in the pictures. we got the suite with the bath of wood inside . very close to the ferry like 1 min walk.. the staff was super friendly and just a great stay! lovely pool aswell

Daisy the staff member could not have been more helpful. She provided a cool Box for us as no fridge in the room.
